Since December 2005 we acquired brans and production of full range machines and spare-parts RASCHIONI COMPANY, leader on trimming and roughing machines for PU, MICROPOUROUSE and EVA soles.

Since 2007 with the acquisition of the brand and production of HESPERIA COMPANY, historic producer (since 1931) of trimming machines we have completed the production line for the soles working.

In 2016 Cosmopol acquires the brand and the production of EL-VI, specialized in machines for humidifying production, stabilize, cooling footwear, and the reactivation of the glue, the historic company since 1983 he is known and appreciated around the world for the quality and especially for the “made in Italy”
