Tunnel to reactivate and humidify the toe and reactivate the stiffener on upper and lasted shoes/boots
The tunnel consists by a single channel, divided into two zones, with different characteristics controlled electronically.
The area for the reactivation and dampness on the tip, using a vapor/air mixture, with adjustable temperature and % moisture. The area for the reactivation of the stiffeners, using superheated air, with adjustable temperature from 0° to 200°C.
The speed of the transport belt is adjustable and controlled electronically.
