K100 machine is indispensable to rough the sole, leaving around a welt, or to rough special orthopaedic or non slipping inserts.
The model K100 is a multifunction machine projected to perform automatically all roughing operations executed on the sole, such as complete sole roughing, the ”C” heel seat roughing, the hide sole roughing for half sole application and different kinds of profiles roughing.
The sole is inserted manually and locked by a vacuum system.
The function change is executed by turning a simple selector, without changing tools.
The K100 model allows to execute manually, by means of templates and excluding the automatic system, the roughing of the entire sole leaving a false welt around it or special bevelling for orthopaedic and nonslip inserts.
The K100 model has an electronic adjustable-speed drive on the cutter tool and it is possible to adjust the speed of the cutter’s support in order to adjust the roughing effect.

K100 – LASER DEVICE – Centering device on the sole by laser point
With this equipment it is not necessary to center the pattern as it allows to adjust every kind of sole at the excavation needed.
The laser point projected on the sole will guide the operator in order to follow the design required. The system allows to prepare the copy pattern without particular problems of centering, as the laser point follows exactly the outline of your pattern. -
