  • Semiautomatic trimming machine with 1 cutter shaft is used for trimming leather, rubber or synthetic material soles, with or without heel, up to 500 mm length, using simple templates.
    The sole truing up system is automatic and the movement of the centring devices is protected to avoid jamming up caused by the dust.
    The PR 4 model can be equipped with the LASER DEVICE and with the self centring device on demand; the first it is is used to easily adjust the alignment between the sole-holding arm and the cutter; the second is used for trimming again the welt applied soles.
    As for the dust aspiration, we have arranged a big aspiration pipe which has to be connected to the central aspiration system or to an exhauster.
