Semiautomatic pre-trimming machine for soles with 2 cutters for double profiles or profiled soles with heels.
It has a new laser device which provides an easy alignment between the two cutters, avoiding production waste and saving time necessary for the alignment between the sole-holding arm and the cutter.

The centring of the sole is automatic. On request, the machine can be supplied with SELF-CENTRING device for trimming again the welt applied soles.

The PR 5 model is also equipped with two independent engines with adjustable speed to allow the use of cutters or abrasive tools for any type of processing.

Moreover, the engine of the cutter not in use switches off automatically reducing thus by 30 % the electric power consumption.

The machine is equipped with two big aspiration pipes for dusts in order to improve the working environment of the operator and they have to be connected to the central aspiration system or to an exhauster.

• LASER DEVICE
  Between cutter and sole it’s possible to lined up and set easily the two cutters, reducing adjustment time on height arm and cutter and avoid working discard
• EMERY WHEEL FOR SOLE FINISHING
  On the second cutter chuck it’s possible to reduce the rotation speed in order to use an emery wheel for sole finishing.
