The new automatic trimming machine with 2 independent cutters shifting on a rotary table performs the trimming of hide, tunit, EVA and other materials soles’ profiles.
The new automatic trimming machine with 2 independent cutters shifting on a rotary table performs the trimming of hide, tunit, EVA and other materials soles’ profiles.
The alignment sole/cutter is executed by a laser device allowing a fast adjustment of the three cutters’ positions in relation to the material to be processed.
The template copying device is pneumatic with the ability to store up to 20 points on the perimeter of the sole where to set the cutter to be used, its speed, the working pressure and the speed of rotation of soles hold arm.
The sole rotation is automatic, with the possibility to execute more revolutions with different programming on the same sole without interruptions.
It is also possible to mount a self-centring device in order to process welted soles with heels.
The sole centring system is automatic and the centring elements are installed upon the arm to reduce the
production time.
The X2 machine is provided with 2 independent self-braking energy saving engines which work separately thanks to the START-STOP system which switches off automatically the cutters’ rotation if not in use.
A particular attention has been given to the residual dusts aspiration system which includes two aspiration pipes 150 mm in diameter and a dust collecting tank with high-performance aspiration.

LASER DEVICE for the alignment of the sole / cutter and quickly adjust the position of the 2 drills with respect to the material to be machined.
